Resolved: Very Hard to place an order, then recieving the order is way longer than what we was told it will arrive.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Able to place order
The website is not friendly active, it is the hardest checkout process ti go through unless your online on the computer. Even called customer service to place an order and was told that I HAVE to use the check out basket online.
Very unprofessional for any business. Your check out cart could be streamlined to mmake it easy for anyone to use a member or not.

How is it that I can get all your dumb *** emails but Im unable to purchase anything off the *** website. Ive been trying to make a purchase but it kept saying its invalid.
My cards are fine according to the banks so what the *** is going on with your dumb *** company again.
Your dumbfuckin robot assist says Im not oogged in after already logging the *** in. So why the *** is your dumb *** website *** with my purchase.

They dont pick up the calls , its just saying they are available 24 hours which is a total lie. Very unprofessional and not reliable at all.
For business person and customers as well its a no no!
They dont make any things easier which is really scary!

Excellent Service
I would like to give your customer service member, Angel high praise. I called on 12/22/2021 about ticket #498****.
He handled it very well & fixed my concern about it. I received my replacement pot & lid the very next day! He was very helpful with my problem & fixed it.
Hopefully, if I ever call Amway customer service again I will be able to speak to him.
