Amway Global was founded in 1959 by the Van Andel family and Richard DeVos. Amway’s parent company is Alticor. The company provides its goods and services in more than 80 countries of the world. The company is proud of its innovations which resulted in 800 patents approved and about 600 patents waiting for approval. Amway markets more than 450 products (including personal and home care items, nutrition, as well as commercial goods) via its catalogue. The most popular brands of the company are Nutrilite (nutritional supplements and vitamins) as well as Artistry (cosmetics and skin care products). Catalogues are promoted by independent consultants to consumers and potential recruits. The company claims to operate environmentally friendly and recycles about 70% of waste produced. Cosmetics are products applied to the body to improve its appearance. All cosmetic products are involving or relating to treatment intended to restore or make better the way that someone or something looks. The word cosmetics first appeared in early 17th century and it was a noun denoting the art of beautifying the body. There are different types of cosmetics. Make up is one of them. Make up is cosmetics such as lipstick, powder or eye shadows applied to the face, used to enhance or alter the appearance. Usually colored cosmetics is used for lips, eyelashes, eyelids, etc. from a small solid stick or from a box. People should always remember that cosmetics is affecting only the appearance of something rather than its substance. You can apply a kilo of make up on you face and make a cosmetic surgery, but you will not become a better person after it all. TLC sings: ""You can buy your hair if it will not grow, you can fix your nose if said so, you can buy all the make up the man can made"", but you should better look inside you.
